Premium quality durable rework containers
We produce the plastic rework containers with our rotational moulding process, which consists of 6 steps:
- Material preparation
- Insert the material into the mould
- The mould is heated and rotated around 2 axes
- The heated part Is cooled down to solidify the material
- The finished part is removed from the mould
- The final product is assembled, tested, inspected, and packed
This process creates a one-piece, seamless rework container, eliminating weak points. This all results in a strong, impact-resistant, and long-lasting container. Made from high-quality polyethylene (PE) plastic material these containers are lightweight but also robust, making them easy to handle while maintaining structural integrity.
