Rotomoulded polyethylene bumpers
Our rotomoulded polyethylene bumpers are made in 6 steps:
- Material preparation
Plastic granules are reduced in size with a micro-pelletizer or pulverizer.
- Loading
The plastic is inserted in the mould we designed for your plastic bumper.
- Sintering
The mould is heated and rotated around two axes, causing the plastic to melt and evenly adhere to the walls.
- Cooling
The material solidifies in the mould.
- De-moulding
The plastic bumper is removed from the mould.
- Finishing & assembling
The final product is assembled, tested, inspected and packed.
