About the plant

At Rotovia Montoir de Bretagne, founded in 1956, we specialize in high-quality rotational moulding solutions, operating with 90 dedicated employees and advanced equipment including 8 moulding machines including 1 electric machin. We also operate our own raw material preparation process with 1 micronizer and 1 extruder. We process around 1,400 metric tonnes annually, generating a turnover of €13million per year. Our core expertise includes manufacturing proprietary products like the VARIBOX (IBCs), known for safety and sustainability in many industrial applications. We also provide customized moulding solutions for markets such as agriculture, construction and building, vehicles and leisure, and many other industrial applications. Rotovia Montoir de Bretagne is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 certified. and also an active member of key industry associations such as AFR and Polyvia.

Committed to sustainability, Rotovia Montoir de Bretagne actively contributes to the circular economy by developing reusable products. We internally collect and reintegrate polyethylene residues, incorporate recycled materials in our VARIBOX pallets and wastewater tanks. We are scaling up efforts to recycle old VARIBOX IBCs into new products. Furthermore, we continuously reduce our environmental footprint through rotational moulding process improvements for better energy efficiency, and energy-saving measures including LED lighting, compressed air usage optimization. All efforts made along our process demonstrating our strong commitment into responsible growth and innovation.
