Rotomoulded semi-underground containers
For rotomoulding we use different kinds of plastic, such as polyethylene and polypropylene. The choice of materials depends on the product were making. Once the product design and the mould for your semi-underground containers are done, the rotomoulding process starts:
- Material preparation
Plastic granules are reduced in size.
- Loading
The material is inserted in the mould.
- Sintering
The mould is heated and rotated around two axes, causing the material to evenly adhere to the walls.
- Cooling
The product is cooled down and it solidifies in the mould.
- Demoulding
The finished part is removed from the mould.
- Finishing & assembling
The final semi-underground container is assembled, tested, inspected and packed.
