Rotomoulded plastic calf hutches
The rotomoulding process starts with the insertion of plastic powder in a mould. In this case, the mould will have the form of the calf hutch designed for your company. Once inserted, the powder is heated while the mould is slowly rotated. This causes the powder to melt and evenly adhere to the walls of the mould. The result is a seamless, one-piece product with a uniform wall-thickness. This makes the hutch highly resistant to impact because of the toughness of polyethylene.
