About the plant

At Rotovia Deventer, established in 1966, we specialize in high-quality rotational moulding solutions, operating with 70 dedicated employees and advanced equipment including 9 moulding machines and 2 finishing robots. We process around 1,400 metric tonnes annually, generating a turnover of €12 million per year. Our core expertise includes manufacturing proprietary products like the VARIBOX Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs), known for safety and sustainability, as well as providing customized moulding solutions for markets such as renewable energy, agriculture, construction and building, and vehicles.

Committed to sustainability, Rotovia Deventer actively contributes to the circular economy by developing reusable products and pioneering recycling initiatives. Internally, we regrind polyethylene residues, utilize recycled materials in our VARIBOX pallets and wastewater tanks, and are scaling up efforts to recycle old VARIBOX IBCs into new products. Furthermore, we continuously reduce our environmental footprint through energy-saving measures, including LED and smart lighting, carbon-free solar energy, and optimized compressed air usage, reflecting our dedication to responsible growth and innovation.
