About the plant

At Rotovia Annezin, established in 1985, we specialize in high-quality rotational moulding solutions, operating with 60 dedicated employees, 5 moulding machines and 1 finishing robot. We process around 950 metric tonnes annually, generating a turnover of € 10 million per year. Our core expertise providing customized moulding solutions for markets such as agriculture, construction and building, vehicles and leisure, and many other industrial applications. Rotovia Annezin is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 certified, and also an active member of key industry associations such as AFR, Plastium and Polyvia.

Committed to sustainability, Rotovia Annezin actively contributes to the circular economy by developing reusable products. We internally collect and reintegrate polyethylene residues, and incorporate recycled materials as much as possible. Furthermore, we continuously reduce our environmental footprint through rotational moulding process improvements for better energy efficiency, and energy-saving measures including LED lighting, compressed air usage optimization. All efforts made along our process demonstrating our strong commitment into responsible growth and innovation.
