Rotomoulded air duct plastic
A rotomoulded air duct in plastic is realized in a 6-step process. First, we source the correct plastic material. Based on your requirements we decide which plastic to use. The plastic granules are reduced in size with a micro-pelletizer or a pulverizer and inserted in the mould we designed for your plastic air ducts. The next step is to heat up the mould so the plastic will melt. It is rotated around two axes to let the material evenly adhere to the walls of the mould. After cooling down and de-moulding, the product is ready to be assembled, tested, inspected, and packed.
