Changes in the Management Board of Rotovia Miedzyrzecz
After years of stable growth, Rotovia Miedzyrzecz has entered a new chapter in its history. Following 16 years of work, Wojciech Gocłowski has retired, and the position of Managing Director has been assumed by Krzysztof Olek. This marked an important moment for the organization, combining a reflection on past achievements with the beginning of a new stage of development.
Appreciation for years of leadership and cooperation
After 16 years of work and a significant contribution to the development of our organization, Wojciech Gocłowski has concluded his role as Managing Director of Rotovia Miedzyrzecz. Over the years, he consistently built strong and stable foundations for the company, supporting its growth and strengthening Rotovia’s position as a leader in rotomoulding, specializing in custom solutions made from plastics.
During the farewell meeting, Director Gocłowski thanked employees for their many years of cooperation, commitment, and shared achievements. He emphasized the importance of the team in building a strong organization and wished the company continued growth and success in the years ahead. The meeting provided an opportunity for reflection, expressions of gratitude, and the symbolic closure of an important chapter in the plant’s history.
New Managing Director – continuity and development
The position of Managing Director at Rotovia Miedzyrzecz has been taken over by Krzysztof Olek, who was promoted within the organizational structure. Krzysztof brings extensive operational experience, an in-depth understanding of the organization, and a strong focus on further development and continuous process improvement.
Krzysztof Olek’s appointment to this new role represents continuity of the adopted strategy, while also opening the door to further improvements and initiatives supporting the plant’s development. It is a natural step in building stable and responsible leadership based on knowledge, experience, and the trust of the team.
