The people that make up Rotovia´s Board of Directors come from a range of backgrounds and bring diverse experience and valuable expertise to the leadership team.
The Board of Directors is responsible for the long-term development and performance of the Company while overseeing its operations. The Board also ensures that the Company complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
The composition of the Board
The Board of Rotovia is composed of five individuals, three of which are independent to the Company’s largest shareholders. The Board is well diversified with members possessing a broad range of qualifications, experience, and expertise.
